The mechanic staff behind the them also seem exceptional -- and they're not afraid to emerge from the shop area occasionally to say hi to customers. There is a great courtesy transportation system that is prompt and friendly. And, unlike some dealerships I've dealt with, their service charges are reasonable and competitive.
