Protection begins on the date the TFS credit application is submitted to TFS (“Protection Start Date”). If the vehicle is not delivered within 180 consecutive days of the Protection Start Date, Protection will no longer apply. TFS and Toyota Canada cannot guarantee that vehicles will be delivered within 180 days of the Protection Start Date. Protection available on a 2024/2025 model year vehicle will not carry-forward to any subsequent model year vehicle. Protection applies only to the following program elements offered through TFS: (i) lease end value; (ii) lease and finance subvented (promotional rate) programs; (iii) loyalty programs; and (iv) any other program(s) offered by TFS in effect as of the Protection Start Date (collectively, the “Protected Elements”). Protection applies only to the Protected Elements and does not protect any other aspect(s) of the offers (including price).  If a more advantageous Protected Element is available at the time of delivery, the customer will be entitled to that Protected Element.
